Defensive Development Program -Session 1

Service Description

This specialized training program is designed for defenders who want to elevate their performance and understanding of the game. Through position-specific sessions led by LALIGA-certified coaches, players will work on key defensive principles including positioning, timing, 1v1 duels, aerial dominance, and building from the back. Sessions are delivered in small groups with a maximum ratio of 1 coach per 7 players, ensuring personalized attention and high-quality feedback in every training. The program also emphasizes tactical awareness, communication, and decision-making under pressure — all within a high-intensity environment that mirrors the demands of elite football.
